Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing. There are no third-party scripts from social networks, ad networks or analytics tools. That is why you see no consent banner – there is nothing to consent to.
Should we introduce analytics at a later stage, we will ask for consent before anything is set, and update this policy accordingly.
Where data is stored
The website runs on servers located in Norway, on a Norwegian-built platform. Enquiries you send us are stored in our systems in Norway and are not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are normally deleted within 12 months.
- If you become a customer, we keep necessary data for the duration of the relationship.
- Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by Norwegian law.
- Technical server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Sharing with others
We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to. Data is only shared with subcontractors necessary for operations – such as email and server hosting – and always under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- have incorrect or incomplete data corrected
- have data deleted when we no longer have grounds to keep it
- request restriction of processing
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
Email post@mobiliser.no and we will take care of it. We normally reply within a few working days, and at the latest within one month.
Complaints
If you believe we process personal data unlawfully, we would like to hear from you first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
We may update this policy if the service or the regulations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
